why the documents on onedrive are showing an X?
I am trying to see the documents, but they are showing an "X" next to them, and, I can open them
how can i find who is sharing my account?

Windows 10 Home. Epson XP-410 printer/scanner. Today while scanning got this message:
'Files cannot be saved to the selected folder because you do not have sufficient access privileges.'
Uninstalled and reinstalled drivers, no difference. On another forum say suggested that I need to change access privileges, but I'm signed in as admin. Any thoughts?

My windows live mail contact list was working perfectly. The contact page was then empty, but I could find contacts and groups. But some of them were empty or were old.Could I do a restore to get to where my contacts were a few days ago? I think my current

When I save a finished project as a video, mp4, in the suggested format, the resulting video is missing portions and also glitchy. Is there an update that I need? How can I fix this issue?

Movie Maker 6.0 does not recognize mp4 files?
It notification:
Cannot movie mp4 be imported because the codec required to play the file is not installed on your computer. If you have already tried to download and install the codec, close and restart Windows Movie Maker, and then try to import the file again.mp4
Please tell me where to download the code?
