Question about Outlook Express

My wife and I are both retired. Our personal hotmail address has been in use for over 22 years. Over one month ago we were locked out. I have repeatedly filled out forms and tried to be reinstated. Yesterday, I received a FINAL notice from the Microsoft Security Team. Apparently we have somehow breached the terms of our agreement (no details available) and will never be reinstated. When I asked for more information, my request bounced back: case closed, don’t ask! All the contact information, filed emails and history of that account has just evaporated for us. 

Surely there is some arbitration available for such cases? No one really cares? Appreciate any suggestions. And how will ou notify me if my account is suspended? I did create a new outlook.com address.........

How do I remove the three word suggestions that pop up on every word as I type?

I recently update from windows7 to windows 10.

Before when I am using windows 7,  I can drag and drop files (pdf, word, excel, jpeg.....) to the composing window in

windows live mail and it will become an attachment file.

After I update to windows 10, it is not allowed to drag and drop any file when I am composing a email.

Can anyone help?

I have tried to "Enabled" the " drag and drop or copy and paste file" in the IE 11 setting but it is not working....

I converted my wife's computer from Windows 7 to Windows 10.  That seemed to go okay in most respects, but at first Windows Live Mail 2012 did not connect to Comcast.  I called Comcast and got a lot of bad info. After wasting a lot of time on the phone, I finally got her account up and running again, and moved old emails into new account folders.

Now mail comes in as expected.  But when I try to open any message, new or old, it does not open, and the message that comes up says: "Message could not be displayed.  Windows Live Mail encountered an unexpected problem ...   Check your computer for low memory or low disk space and try again."  Device has a lot of open space on hard drive, and 2.0 gig of memory.  Has anyone encountered this kind of problem and figured out a solution?
