I have to use the restore function on my Windows 8.1 computer due to some missing or corrupted files. That being said, i am preparing for the event by backing up some things I expect to loose.
When trying to export my e-mail files, after making a folder on the desktop to export to, no matter what I do, the best it exports is one random file from what ever Live Mail folder I choose to export.
I have tried exporting all the folders as well as selected ones with the same result each time.
I have also been sure to follow on line instructions to the letter. Still the same. Others have complained about the same problem but as of yet, no suggestions have worked.
Any further ideas. i was even thinking of downloading Live Mail on top of itself to see if that does the trick.

when I go to device manager there are at least 3 devices not working. The one I need most is my hp dvd ram GH82N. an error comes up code 39 and I have tried everything with run-msconfig-devmgmt- regedit-etc., but nothing fixes it. when I open the windows it tells me I have the correct drivers for all 3 problems. I have beeb to youtube, the web, etc. When I go to HP SUPPORT SOLUTIONS FRAMEWORK SETUP WIZARD, I cannot even download the HP ICON QUESTION MARK IN THE CIRCLE. I receive an error telling me it ended prematurely because of an error. your system has not been modified. run setup later. I annot even use the hp wizard. nothing is there

My live mail 2012 will not sync to Hotmail. What is the new server URL? I installed the upgrade as a repair but it is still using deltasync. Everything was fine up until a couple of days ago.
I won't use win10 because my computer was made in 2011 and the start menus had an ugly habit of disappearing so I was forced to go back to win7.
All I need is the new server url (not deltasync) so I can connect my Hotmail account to windows live mail 2012.
Fix Epson printer SX 130 `stuck in error state, have tried most of the usual fixes and have changed all inks. "any ideas" or should I just bin this troublesome printer. yours Henry.
Hi, I've created 2 children accounts with their own e-mail, etc. However when I try to log in on my kids tablets with them, is asking to activate them with the parent account. Once I log in with my account, it takes me to a page to load my US credit card information in order to confirm that I'm an adult... the problem is that I live in Canada and have not US card, my settings are correct and indicate my country as Canada.
I've recreated the children accounts 3 times so far thinking I did something wrong, but now I'm certain that their country is set as Canada. Does this mean that the family accounts don't work outside of the US?
Please advise, this is very frustrating.
