In my Contact List, some contacts have (superfluous for my use) telephone numbers and a Home addresses.
How can I get rid of these as I only use the email addresses?

I am using outlook 2011 in my mac machine. My organization has configured message restrictions and it is available to all the windows users. In my mac machine, i am able to view restricted messages by connecting to the IRM server, but when i am composing new messages, i am not able to restrict the permissions on those messages. My permissions button is basically greyed out. My sysadmin team has confirmed that they have the configurations right in the server.
The same happens with Word, PowerPoint and Excel. I am able to view the restricted documents but i am not able to create protected documents.
Can you please let me know the steps which i should take to troubleshoot to find out the exact issue to fix this ?

When I ran the windows live mail update to continue using my windows live mail, when I now send emails they all appear in my sent items folder as being sent to "me" and not to the person's email address I sent them to. How can I fix this please?
My computer scrolls all over the place and I cant access any files. Microsoft Essential doesn't seem to be able to update files.
About a month ago, my Verizon email started to have sporadic problems. This got worse, then it got better, then last week it became an almost constant problem. I've reported it to Verizon many times. They usually say that there is no problem, but several people confirmed that they are having server issues. They've had me change my settings several times, and nothing helped. I cannot receive any email except on the webmail application online. This is bad because I can't access all my functionality. The error that comes back when the email program (both Live Mail and Outlook) is:

Half way through my project to put hundreds of photos into a movie and suddenly some of my photos have duplicated but the duplicates are shadowed and ghostly. If I try to remove the ghost copy, both photos disappear. Must have hit something wrong. Any
ideas please?
Windows 7 x64. I have uninstalled, reinstalled and repaired Windows Essentials (Photo Gallery) but I still get this error..."API calls from server require appsecret_proof of argument (145)" when trying to upload a photo to FaceBook.
Any suggestions?
I have tried to get my Movie Maker to work for a long time now but nothing that I find online seems to work. I have tried fixing Windos Essentials and that did not work, I tried updating my Drivers but that didn't work either (I have an Intel (R) HD 4600). I have unchecked boxes regarding faster editing, whatever there is to do it seems that I have done it. Every video I try and put on a project fails and gets met with a:
