Question about Outlook Express

I can't send email with Live Mail, but i can receive email on this account.

I used to have an XP computer and used WLM 2009.  I would create a spreadsheet in Excel and be able to paste it into WLM without any issue.  But just the other day, I got a new computer and it's a Windows 7 Pro and now I'm using WLM 2012 and whenever I try to paste a spreadsheet that I copy from Excel into WLM 2012 it just closes down after it looks to solve the issue.

This is driving me crazy as most of my emails require me to insert a spreadsheet or two.

My Windows live mail is receiving messages but it won't let me create new messages or reply to messages in my in box.  No error number.  Just says - A problem occurred replying to or forwarding this message.

For the past couple of weeks I've been sending mail to clients whom I've emailed back and forth for years; but recently I discovered that many of my sent emails have not been received; there is no error messages, nothing in the outbox, no sign that there is a problem until I recieved a few calls from clients wondering why I haven't emailed them on schedule; I did they just didn't receive the mailing.  It doesn't seem to happening all the time and like I mentioned without an error message, I don't know where to start looking for the problem.

Has this ever happened to anyone in the community?

I have a canon video camera that creates movies files in AVCHD format but since I have upgraded to Windows 10 I cannot load them into Widows Movie Maker. Any ideas as they could be loaded in Windows 8 version of Movie Maker?
