This has been going on for two days now, the folks that activated my 10 os said restart it will go away, no it didn't. I called them back, they went in,said its fixed, guess what? Now today I called them again, they said to try f-8 it didn't work , I'm about to send it to them COD. Cost me 150.00 for this I coulda stayed married and got it for free. Not sure what to look at next, any assist would be greatly appreciated. It keeps going like one of the old screen savers, but it doesn't yield the screen when I go on, just keeps on keepin on. Its about 2 inches tall, by 4 inches wide. Not even sure what its purpose is?
It reminds me of the old screen savers, bouncing around non stop, that includes when I'm trying to do something! I have been thru most everything I can think of, including f-4. Been thru settings, went thru all apps. What do I need to do to get rid of the dang thing?
I have had some trouble with Windows Live Mail and realized I may lose all my email messages.  Is there a way to save these messages into my C drive so they are not lost?
I have set up an send/receive alias in outlook.com including a rule tat says "Recipient contains <your alias> then move to <new folder>". It works great. Incomong alias mail goes to the alias account and I can send from my alias account.
How di I set up my Windows Live Mail 2011 so my alias folder can receive mail sent to the alias account but not receive mail sent to my primary account?

I am having a hard time with music. I added my photos and video. Then added music. The music cut off before the pics were all done, so I went to "fit to music". What happened was that each picture was changed to a duration of 23.5 secs each. Yikes, how boring. Each time I edited the time for each pic and retried playing the movie, the time per picture jumped back to 23.5 secs each. the music is under 4 minutes and I have a lot of pictures. Can someone shed some light on this? Thanks in advance.

Old title: Problem with e-mail attachments

I have Windows 10 and am using Windows Livemail 2012. I want to send a photo of mine as an attachment - but it gets blocked with a red message "Prohibited file type - this attachment contains a file type that is considered dangerous. The file has been deactivated" and the attachment will NOT send. However I have been able to send the same photo on a "photo album e-mail" - so I know the photo is definately NOT corrupted or infected.

How do I make Livemail allow me to send photos as an attachment rather than in a photo album cos I prefer to send photos as individual files ?

Windows Live Mail on windows 7 won't retrieve my Live.com email. I can get email from other accounts but not from my Microsoft account. I get the Live.com emails on my Surface Pro (Win 10). Is Microsoft forcing users to migrate to Windows 10?
