Question about Outlook Express

I am a writer and working currently writing freelance. My nature of the job requires me to use Google Chrome browser to use certain extensions and tools for my research, analysis, and writing. I am encountering this issue from few days that whenever I use my browser in normal and incognito modes, my operating system i.e. Windows 10 gets too slow and I have to wait for several minutes to close my browser, word documents and all other software to resume normal operation. The task manager continuously shows more than 3 GB of ram consumption while using chrome.

I have following system specs currently while using chrome:

OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 Pro

Where are the instructions for hd Movie Maker Pro?

I have been using Windows Live Mail 2012 for many years, but recently moved to a new computer. During the move, some of my folder structure was corrupted and I lost emails. Now, 2 of my new folders have a problem - the message headers display properly but the body is always showing the same - from a different email.

I recently got a new computer and it has windows 10.

I used to have windows 7.

Windows 10 has video editor.  It does not have movie maker.

I cannot determine how to remove content from the middle of a video using video editor.  I only see instructions for removing  material at the end and the beginning of a video.

Please advise as to how I can use video editor to remove material in the middle of a video.
