Question about Outlook Express

When I open Windows Live Mail It brings up sign in box. I keeps saying wrong password.

I change my Microsoft password & It still wont let me sign into Win Live mail saying wrong password?

Is this latest Win update blocking Windows Live Mail Sign in?

I use the windows Mail app for my hotmail address.

Today outgoing mail has started to be rejected no matter where I send it to (I have tried a non-gmail account too).

Mail sent from the web based version of outlook from the same address arrives as expected.

Any help would be much appreciated

Getting this error with latest version of Windows 10 when I try to use the available downloads for Windows Live Mail 2012.

I belive there iws a version that overcame the problem and was the GB EN  specific version rather than the general english version. 

the erros I get after installing indicate a language issue
