We unable to start app and get this Error Message (see Picture Below)

This is Dell Insprion 570 PC.
Trying to make a commercial by putting videos from my phone together. When I play the video/movie the sound from one film clip goes into the next film clip. How do you change it to where the clip plays and the animation transition goes to the next clip.
MS sends me a link from a no reply e-mail. The Link doesn't work. It wants me to login as *** Email address is removed for privacy *** . I think that's how I'm logged in, but how do I know? Maybe I'm logged in correctly but their e-mail address has a trailing blank? When I come here and
do a search on the problem number, 1336905735, I get no hits. When I do a search on neilhmurphy I get old stuff, nothing about 1336905735. This run around got old a week ago.
For some reason, Some of my footage for a planned YouTube video I'm making won't load even though it is the same from when it were first made (same origin, same file name, etc.). I'm hoping to get professional help if I can please. Thank you in advance.
I'm running windows live mail on a 64-bit laptop running Win7. I have changed no settings or installed or deleted any programs, but for some reason Friday was the last time I got new mail in my dedicated mail program. I still can send and receive mail
from live.com, and on my phone - but nothing happens in my actual mail program, it's as if it's frozen in time on Friday afternoon. Just to test, I composed and sent an email to myself from the mail program. It never showed up on the mail program, either
in the inbox or sent, but showed up in both places on live.com. I can't figure out what I did or can do to fix it, so please help! Thanks!
Hello. I have encountered an issue many times with WMM. One example of the Audio Stuttering can be heard here: ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g38BiUHPmTA ) most prominently beginning at 1:16. I use Audacity as my DAW.
The original project file in Audacity does not have the stuttering, nor does the output MP3 from Audacity of the file. Within WMM, playing the video as a project file with the audio as well does not induce the stuttering. The first file in the chain that the
stuttering happens in is the output WMM MP4 file.
The output settings I used for that video in WMM are: Width 1280, Length 720, Bit Rate 8k, Frame Rate 29.97, Audio 192kbps, 44.1khz, stereo. I presume that the only setting that would apply to the audio is the kbps, sample rate, and channel distribution.
On Audacity, I have matched the kbps and sample rate exactly- 192kbps constant, 44.1khz. The audio is dual mono. I have tried other bitrates as well, no luck. I normalize the final track in Audacity to -1db. I have tried -3db to see if possibly WMM was clipping
the track upon output- and no, at -3db it still stutters.
Any suggestions on what might be causing the stuttering? Should I have the kbps and sample rate set differently?

I am in search of a backup solution for Outlook 2011 for mac as i have constantly last emails and its attachments due to unexpected errors. For your information i have tried archiving the mails but that stuff sometimes goes crazy, making emails disappear
and also turn the content to garbadge when i import it back. I am lookin for a perfect solution that can backup my emails perfectly with no issues as mentioned above. I also did some research of my own and found that some paid applications are available for
this purpose as well. I found out that some olm file repair utiity was available but i wan't interested in that, one application that caught my eye was mail backup x (www.mailbackupx.com), i think its recently lauched as i am looking for this solution for
a very long time and it wasn't available earlier. I would really appreciate if anyone could look into this application and provide me some insight and also if any other free alternative are available then that would be great.
