Question about Outlook Express

Windows recently did an update kn my computer and ever since then i havent been able to access my Windows Live account.

I have also tried linking it to Office365, but that wont link to the account either.

Email address is bigpond that I have had for years, but i cant log into anything after this update.

I need to update my phone #, but I cannot access my Hotmail acct because the phone # on file, is old!!!

This has gotten to be very disruptive, I cannot even update my phone # on the profile.

This is nerve racking and one of the hardest account recovery system EVER!

Hi, I have issue with synch from one drive and mozzilla firefox. And ethernet access on my pc.

further info: telus was changed to gmail and the server is IMAP but by default it has POP3 and unable to change

Last week, all of a sudden, I could not open my WLM to get mail- it seems to have happened after the update. I tried to go to Gmail, but do not like the format- How can I get back into WLM- it says my password is wrong- I have reset my Microsoft password and my Google password and my Yahoo password- but no change. Help!!

We run multi people on a group email.  Is there any support in Outlook that will allow us to see what has been answered ? 

Can we take away the permission will no one can delete an email?
