I am using win 10. I can send and receive emails from all over Australia. I can send email o/seas. An o/seas sender (the only one) cannot get his message through. It does not bounce at his end. He is not on my blocked list. I have added him to my accept list.

I am urgently needing the documents he is trying to send to me. What can I do?
