Every time I log in to my account, I get this 'sorry for being over protective', which is absolutely driving me mad !!
The landline telephone number listed in the list of the options is no longer in use so I've had tens of passcords sent to my altinative email address.
However when I enter the code, I get an error message saying 'This did not work' and 'the code was sent to .....(the landline telephone number).
I could not delite the home number in my profile.
Soon I won't be able to log into my account.
I'm in despair.
Help please !!
