My outlook/hotmail account has been blocked for 24 hours. I can still login and receive emails but I can't send and receive a 'account temporarily blocked due to unsual activity' message. I have two options, learn more or close. When I click learn more I am given the option to add a phone number, which I've done and verified but it's still not working.

I submitted a support question and when the answer came through it wouldn't let me see the response.

I have changed my password but can't see any other way of unblocking my account.

Please help!!!!!!!!
