Hello,

My emails from particular people are either being sent automatically to my Archive folder (even though I do not have any archiving rules set, sometimes they automatically go into my junk folder, and even worse, sometimes they are going straight into my Deleted Items folder so I have no hope of ever knowing I have received the email.

I have been through the rules many times and can not see anything set to be making this happen.

I would be grateful of any advice!
