How in the name of God to you add a contact in Outlook? I have been trying for a hour now to figure it out. It used to be very simple - is there a reason they had to SCREW it up. Is this from one of those stupid ads they ran on TV with the little kid throwing papers around the room claiming she is so smart with the computer? The help file makes so since at all and neither does searching the net for an answer. Why can't they leave well enough alone?
