I was asked to sign out of Outlook last night whilst Outlook upgraded. Opened my emails today & all my current conversations with my "live" clients have disappeared. How do I retrieve them? The conversation sync was also not working, even though it's still switched on., judging by the email replies I've received today.  I am going to lose clients if I can't find them. Help!
