Hi,

I have office 2013. My outlook displaying count of unread message as 1 but it doesn't display any unread message. I tried by searching all unread message, mark all as read etc., but problem still exists.
As a workaround, I have to go to my webmail and it displays one unread message. When I read it in webmail, count corrected even in outlook.

This is just a workaround. I want a permanent solution. Let me know if you need any other info. I forgot to say that I have setup some rules to move some mails to designated folder. My that folder only shows improper count.
