1.  there doesn't seem to be an option for read receipts and delivery confirmations.  am i missing something?

2.  Calendar feature: Can I attach a file inside the body of a meeting request?  

I'm thinking that Office for Mac doesn't have all the bells and whistles that I enjoyed when my company had the PC version available.  We recently went Mac and I'm thinking I wanna go back...  I've tried to figure out if there's something i'm not doing properly ..
