Every time we try and fill out the questionnaire, it tells us that we have not provided enough information due to the fact that my father hasn't used this email in about 8 years so we have no idea what emails he last sent from that account etc. My Xbox
is now telling me that it requires me to input my email and password to be able to get onto Xbox live, so i am now unable to get onto Xbox live.
What am i supposed to do about this? I think i may need to speak to an expert/specialist as this is a bit of a tricky situation.
