I use Outlook 2011 on the mac. Recently I went to change my email accounts and what I get when I choose tools ->accounts is nothing but a white splash screen. The same occurs when I attempt to open preferences. I get a white screen as if the software has crashed. I have attempted to rebuild the database as well as reinstall office for mac but nothing happens the same issue appears. Can someone provide a suggestion.
