Outlook do not open when I try to launch it.  The flash screen appears briefly (for a flash) and then the application quits. I have tried (successfully) to rebuild the identity and have deleted the file in the library that others with this problem have suggested was part of their solution.  It is not working for me.  Any other suggestions.
