my email @hotmail.com has not synced with my Nokia 920 in a week. Please advise if there is still a server issue. I am on blu.m.hotmail.

the is a replacement phone and worked when I set it up. I tried soft reset. Turning data and WiFi on and off. Trying to avoid a hard reset  . I can acces my account on the oc and using IE on the phone
