I have a home computer and a laptop running Office 365 (Outlook).  I also have the Outlook app on my phone.

I have a specific person that when I am emailed some come through and some don't.

If I go to the web and log on the messages are there.  But they don't show up on the two computers or phone. 

Any Ideas?
