Outlook quit getting emails from my other accounts.  So I went to settings and saw the following message:

Your email accounts
There was a problem getting messages from your other accounts. 

So I clicked details and see it is set to send and receive.  But there is another message stating, "We couldn't get your messages: Make sure your user name and password are correct."  So I clicked on Edit and received the message "Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook right now". 

I've been trying on and off for a week and just keep getting "Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook right now"

Please help.
