I had the code sent to another email and put it in but the system comes back immediately stating the code just sent isn't valid. I've put it in manually and via copy/paste - neither way works.
I have an SR # trouble ticket but as of 72 hours (today 8/22/2013) - no response nor resolution. By the way, the SR initial response sent the same code back to me & it still doesn't work.
I'm locked out of that email because it will not go any further than letting me login and immediately goes to the 'Enter Code' screen.
This is a ridiculous time frame to get an answer for something a number of people are having a problem with. I don't understand why this change was needed or made in the first place as it's necessity wasn't really explained.
I need to get into that mail account as there are emails I need to respond to. There must be some way Outlook can override the lockout (at least I hope they were smart enough to build that in).
