Since my Hotmail account has changed to Outlook it has not been working properly. Nothing loads, it keeps coming up with 'error' I can not look at deleted or sent items or compose an email. Someone please help!!!

I have tried to find an email address to contact Outlook for help but can't find one. I phoned a free phone number and they wanted to charge me £49!!!
