I have been using Outlook 2011 Mac on my MacBook to connect to my corporate Exchange server for a couple of years. I also connect using an iPhone and and iPad. It has been working fine until recently, when I tried to add my Exchange email account to my new iMac (also running Outlook 2011 Mac). My account added successfully, but I cannot get any new emails. My Inbox will have all my up to the time of my adding the account, but no new emails will show on either my MacBook or the iMac. What's weird is that my iPhone and iPad will works. I can also send out emails from the MacBook and iMac.

I've already try completely removing Office 2011 Mac from the iMac and reinstalling. Made no difference. I've also tried doing a Identity database rebuild. No help. I then added a co-worker's email account. Guess what? It works fine!

So, why is Outlook not liking my Exchange account? Is it too big? (I do have quite a lot of emails. My mailbox size on the server is about 5GB.) If this is what's causing the problem, what's the threshold? How much do I need to reduce on my mailbox? Also, the MacBook was working just fine until I added my account on the iMac, which tells me that it was unlikely a size issue.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
