First I've got a synchronise problem and then the message that probably someone else is using the account.

Then tried to restore/recover to fill in the form but never received an answer as promised by MS by mail that they would
reply within 24 hr's . Then tried again, again and again... but no result... Searched contact by Twitter and they pointed me
to this site... So what to do MS ??  to gain access again to my account. There is a refnr. confirmed by mail to my Gmail.. this is nr. 97934772.

but no info after this mail...  Will there be a solution within 1 or 2 days ?
