Please someone, help me with my E-mail account I've been a MSN user since I started using home computers 13+ years ago, (with dial-up) cable for the last 10. The people @ MSN worked with me so I could keep it when I changed so many years ago. I have My MSN page. I stopped using home computer for 1 year ,crazy I know ,but it consume my free time and I was buying unneeded stuff. I'm OVER that now, so as you can imagine my e-mail completely changed,I can't figure-out , it definitely not friendly .Is there a tutorial to OUTLOOK ? Showing you how to use it ? I seem to have lost pictures friends sent me and my resume .They were in a file in my e-mail account , now .... no resume, I can't or don't know how to add an e-mail address to my contact list.I use to highlight and click the add button...boom it was added to my address.  I do not need, nor do I have a twitter, facebook or any social media account . Why can't I get rid of this permanetly? I've clicked around, but it has not helped . I sense from others reluctant reciepiants of OUTLOOK it isn't working for them either, but were stuck ! MSN never asked me or informed me this was going to happen . I went through  all my e-mails ......(that took hours) no info concerning the Change. About 6 years ago I was having some problems with my MSN so, I called them ,WOW ... They took over my cunputer and Bam in a nano-second the problem was solved and the best part I went from paying $15.00/month to $10.00 , What !! The person on the phone who built the patch from my cable provider back to MSN told me I was paying to much and said it would be only $10.00 /month.Now if you call, if your problem is not part of the pre-progam message it's dropped and if you pick MSN a recorded message says they can only help you online but not were to go online .I'm thinking of getting a Microsoft tablet @ Best-Buy but not until November. The young sales people said they can sync my provider to the tablet but I'm not sure now ? I'd pay a hire monthly fee if I could get my MSN e-mail back! Any one Who knows how to help me with this please consider helping ,Thank you so much in advance for your time MS M&M
