I am a paying Outlook / Hotmail user. I have a Hotmail account that was apparently attacked. I am trying to get my account reactivated. So far I have answered all the relevant questions, such as latest email recipients, subjects, etc (it's been 24 hours and I haven't gotten a response. Entering my telephone number (hoping to get a digit code.) And then created a new outlook.com account (and doing everything over again.
I'm stuck - How do I get things reactivated?
