I tried to send several emails today to one person and none of their email addresses worked, so when they got sent back to me, I got an emial from Microsoft saying "To continue sending messages, please sign in and validate your Outlook.com account. This helps us stop automated programs from sending junk email." I have been blocked from sending emails.

So I go to the outlook.com link, sign in, and it tell me that I need to "go to my family settings" to complete my account. So I click the button to go there and then the page gives me this: The page you have requested does not exist, has moved, or is temporarily down.

So where do I need to go to finish my account and verify my identity so that I can send emails again?
