I've had this e-mail account for over a year and suddenly in the past week every day while I'm e-mailing (just two or three recipients, no mass e-mails) I suddenly get locked out and they ask me to verify the account (they send a code to my cell) and then force me to change password. 

I only send about 10 - 20 e-mails a day to my usual contacts, normal stuff.   In addition normal e-mails from regular clients on my contact list get flagged for "failing their fraud detection tests or something like that?   

What is going on?
