I have MS Office for Mac 2011. I am using Outlook for mail. A message indicator popped up in Junk Mail showing an unread or undeleted message. There is no message there. I cannot remove the vacant message, cannot empty the Junk Mail folder of this vacant message. I have tried to rebuild the Database without success. The Junk File remains with one invisible message. Each time I close Outlook I get the message that MS Outlook must shut down due to a problem and any unsaved data will be lost.

If I create a new identity then I am not able to access any of my accounts and saved emails which I need. Is there a way to transfer all messages and accounts to a new identity?
