Outlook for Mac 2011, is turning GIFS, JPGS etc that I inserted into the emails via Picture from File option, into PNG files upon sending and receiving.   I'm thinking my outlook went wacky, as same email sent via web-based browsers go thru fine, and I haven't had this problem with outlook until a week ago.  nothing has changed on my end, except for files suddenly being converted into pngs.  thx.
