Hi,

I have a colleague who uses Outlook for Mac.

I use Outlook 2013 for Windows.

Whenever she sends me an email, the email signature is all spread out double spaced when I open it.

She has looked in her sent folder and it all looks normal at her end. It is only when I receive the signature on my PC when this happens.

When I open the email in Thunderbird, it looks normal. This issue is only when I open the email in Outlook 2013 for Windows.

How do we fix this?
