In Outlook on Windows, I can change the view for contacts to Business Cards or Sort by "File As", but in Outlook in Mac, there are various sort by options, but none of them is by "file as." I have accumulated thousands of contacts over the years and they work perfectly in Outlook for Windows and even synchronise perfectly with an iPhone or iPad but in the Outlook for Mac, it is impossible to find a contact other than by searching. To do a search you have to remember the details in the first place, whereas in Windows, you can go to the alphabet letter and scroll through the contacts. The contacts views in Outlook for Mac are a total mess and it is impossible to find anyone unless you do a search. The contacts are arranged in the most haphazard way and in different colours. There is no grouping option so even arranging by category throws up every contact with the only category recognition being the colour.

Is there any way that Outlook for Mac can be changed to make the contacts look more like Outlook in Windows, clear and readable?
