Outlook was all running ok with the occasional crash, but yesterday Outlook would not launch at all.  I have just added the new update for Yosemite that appeared this morning which stated improvements for Outlook.  Yet still no joy - it looks as though it gets to 'establishing identity' and then goes no further.  Any ideas?  With thanks
