A message gets sent to me. I don't open it and I don't even click on it. 2 minutes after it arrives in my inbox, the subject is unbolded and becomes "read" without me clicking a thing! I've correctly setup the reading pane settings to only mark as read once I have opened the message in a separate window. Have everything up to date and have contacted Microsoft twice. I reset the **** because I dunno I'm desperate. HELP!
