About 25-30 seconds after opening Outlook for Mac, I get an Outlook pop up that states: Mail could not be received at this time.  The server for account "name of account" returned the error "Logon failure:unknown user name or bad password." Your username/password or security settings may be incorrect. Would you like to try re-entering your password?  But no matter what I do, it will not reconnect and I have to close Outlook and start over but the problem just happens over and over again.  I have contacted the hosted exchange provider but they have not been able to resolve this.  It worked fine for the first 3 hours or so when first set up yesterday but since then it has been a nightmare.  I am the only one in the office running on a Mac and everyone else using new Dell computers do not have a problem.  Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this?
