When I tried to sign in using my regular hotmail account I got the error: THERE IS A PROBLEM SIGNING IN.  I created a new account so I could post to the community because nothing is working in my regular account.  I have lost all my contacts because I can't access anything.  I can't send, receive or upload in my account even when I manage to sign in.  My regular account is a paid account but I can't make any changes to my account.  This is happening in all browsers, on different devices.  I've tried clearing my cache, my browser history, everything.  Can you help with this problem?  I need that account!
