Hi,

 

Since I installed the update to windows 8 (that was a mistake) I have been beset with problems.  One of which is that I cannot download attachments , to e-mails.  I use outlook for my e-mails, the documents are always Word or PDF documents.  The error suggests opening the files in a text converter  but I don't know what this is? 

 

Can anyone help me?
