I've got an problem.  When OUTLOOK email for 2011 for Mac is open, and I go away and work in another couple applications or online database program, my OUTLOOK EMAIL takes possibly 30 seconds to watch the beachball spin and then OUTLOOK EMAIL is finally accessible.   We use Exchange mailbox with the Outlook for Mac 2011 client (latest update applied) on a Mac computer running OSX Yosemite 10.10.4.   Machine has 8 gig of Ram! 

What's odd is that after sitting and watching the screen and waiting and waiting, it works just fine once back. 

Has anyone seen this before?
