My Outlook email account has been disabled for several days.  Suddenly when I would sign in it would tell me my password or username was incorrect.  They are not incorrect.  I have had the same username and password for several years and had no problems with Hotmail.  Now it is Outlook and I cannot find a way to solve this.

I have tried to ask for a reset from Outlook by requesting sending a code to my phone or calling my phone, however I never receive a code or a call.  I have filled out the form twice and received a response the first time.  They asked for more information.  I sent it.  I have not received a response back (its way past the 24 hours suggested time for a response).  I tried submitting the form for the third time and it wouldn't submit.  I have had it!!!!

I am using a friend's email account to type this and they are sending it for me.  I am ready to just delete my account and start with another email system, however I will lose all contacts and everything I've collected over several years.
