Hello,

I turned off forwarding from my Outlook email to my gmail by following the online page: settings -> Mail -> forwarding but my email is still getting forwarded and getting deleted from my Outlook. How can I go about fixing this problem? I have attempted to follow many different tutorials that address the same type of issue, but none of them have proven effective. Additonally, when I look in the deleted folder of my Outlook email, the emails do not appear there as deleted and seemingly have disappeared from the server in general.
