HELP…..

 I accidently hit the CNRL Key and ……???  .     Now my Hotmail/Outlook has all my mails with an ICON designation (folders and trash can) as referenced below.  I can tell that my email is “running” some program every time I log-in to Hotmail.   This problem is only on my WORK computer not my home computer and not on the APPS.

My question is HOW do I stop the program from running and How do I delete the two icons attached to all my emails?
