This happens ALL the time, but it's worse today; cannot do anything; cannot open e-mails; start new mails; cannot move to another folder; it just gets stuck on that little pointing hand, with a little notice saying 'one item' (see screenshot). It points at things & sort of 'flutters' when I try to click on anything, but it's frozen & nothing opens. The only way I can do anything is to constantly refresh the page EVERY SINGLE time I want to open a mail or move to another folder, or do anything. I'm using the most up to date version of Firefox, on a Mac (OS X Lion 10.7.5). I'm getting sick of this. Why oh WHY is Outlook such a piece of complete RUBBISH?!
