Since my hotmail email account has been "upgraded" to Outlook.com I have experienced painfully slow responses from the interface and am now unable to attach even the smallest of documents (compressed) to emails. The service is unacceptabe to most ex users of Hotmail forced to use Outlook.com after the changeover. Microsoft please do something to improve this situation now.
