The more I try to get my e mail straightened out, the worse it gets.  I finally found a setting in my POP webmail account that allows me to forward the mail from that account to another account, so I thought maybe that would be the simplest way to resolve my problems, so I set it up to forward my e mails from the pop mail account to my Outlook.com account.  

But now, when I open The Outlook.com account, It gives me a message that says:

 "YOUR MESSAGES ARE IN YOUR POP FOLDER!  Some other program is set to download and delete your messages from Outlook.  Just in case this was an accident, we've put them in a special POP folder.  Not an accident?  

then it gives me a link to "Change Settings"  When I click on that link, it takes me to a page that says "Sorry.  There is a problem with Outlook right nowl"

GRRRRRR!!!!!
