Hi , My domain name recently was up for renewal and the company I normally use to register my domain wasn't used by me to host the email.

I always used Hotmail , and then live and now outlook.

So I renew my domain name - but notice that am not getting or receiving messages in my inbox - *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.

I contact my domain registering company and they said that this has been noticed by them and it is a problem with Microsoft and quite a few of their customers are facing this problem

WHY??? why man - I went and made the changes to the MX records in terms of host name, and the values and the priority etc - nothing happened zilch. Can MS please help
