I understand how non-instant the software dev process can be, but honestly this should have been a day one feature.
I was wondering if Outlook.com had chat notifications? Because right now I miss several messages because there is no indicator I have any unless I am on that tab (no highlighted tab, blinking, sound). This makes messaging on outlook.com nearly useless.
When can we expect this feature?
